The project area is located in Tuzla District, Postane Mahallesi. The project consists of the underground parking area, which is reached by a ramp, on the ground.

The land is currently used as an open parking lot. The immediate surroundings consist of residential areas and open green areas. It is planned to meet the parking needs of Tuzla center. The parking lot will also serve the Ak Mosque, which will be built adjacent to it.

The car park structure has a floor area of ​​approximately 7389.87 m² and consists of 3 basement floors. It is located on the ground floor plan with a square arrangement consisting of a children's playground and circulation areas. The total construction is 22560.77 m².

A parking lot is planned with ramps with a 14% slope between floors. For the floor height, it is planned as a minimum of 3.30m from the floor to the floor.

The capacity of the car park is 734 cars. 5% of the number of parking lots is planned as disabled parking lot and 2% electric parking lot. 36 disabled, 13 electric vehicle parking spaces are planned.
